Limoncello Earl Grey
Serve in a
Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)Garnish:
Lemon slices and fresh thyme.
How to make:
Put 50ml Limoncello in a shaker, add a barspoon of Earl Grey Green Tea tried, taking out of one teabag, for example. Stir with a barspoon and add 10ml thyme syrup, fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake it very wel. Fill a tumbler glass (one for 300ml) up with ice cubes. Double strain the liquid into the glass and fill up with mediterranean tonic water.
