How to make:

1. Select and pre cool a Coupe glass cup.
2. Shake all materials with ice cubes.
Fine filter into cold glass.
3. Wipe the lemon skin with a grater to let the lemon dander float naturally above the foam of the cocktail

3/4 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Nonino Grappa Monovitigno lo Chardonnay in Barrique
1 fl oz Espresso coffee (cold/chilled)
1 dash Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
1 dash Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
