First Shake (with ice)-
Combine all ingredients except the Fee Foam in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds to chill and dilute the mixture.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a separate container to remove the ice.
Second Shake (without ice)
Return the strained mixture to the shaker. Add the Fee Foam. Shake vigorously without ice (dry shake) for about 15–20 seconds to incorporate the foamer and create a rich foam.
Serve
Double strain the cocktail into a chilled old-fashioned glass over a large 2x2-inch ice cube.
Garnish
Cut a fresh lemon wedge and make a small slit in the flesh to perch it neatly on the rim of the glass.
