Thinly slice a lemon. Pick a small sprig of fresh basil. Place the lemon slice centrally. Pop the basil on top and jauntily to the side of the lemon.
Vigorously shake all ingredients with ice for at least 15 seconds.
Strain in to a chilled martini glass.
Garnish.
