Garnish:

Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

How to make:

Bolero Verde
Glass: Tall Pilsner or Zombie Glass (15 oz)
Ice: Pebble Ice
Garnish: Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Technique: Whip Shake
Recipe
1 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry
0.25 oz Green Chartreuse
0.75 oz Plymouth Navy Strength Gin
1 oz Fresh Celery Juice
0.50 oz Velvet Falernum
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Prep:
Prepare your mise en place before building the cocktail.
Juice fresh limes using a hand juicer. The goal is to express some of the citrus oils from the peel into the juice for added aroma and texture.
Juice fresh celery using a centrifugal juicer and fine strain before use.
Once your ingredients are prepped, you're ready to build the cocktail.
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.
Add a small scoop of pebble ice.
Whip shake for approximately 5 seconds.
Pour the entire contents into a chilled pilsner or zombie glass.
Top with additional pebble ice.
Insert a straw and garnish with freshly cracked black pepper.
And there you have it, the Bolero Verde.
