Nick & Nora glassGarnish:
Garnish with an orange zest twist, placed on the rim of the glass.
How to make:
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until well chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass with a high pour to gently aerate the drink while pouring.
| 1 fl oz | Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry |
| 1 fl oz | Amaro Montenegro |
| 1 fl oz | Punt E Mes vermouth amaro |
| 2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 4 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
| 1 dash | Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water) |
