How to make:
pour all ingredients in a mixing vessel
stir over ice for 15-20 seconds
strain into a coup glass
gently slice your olive on the length and place it on the rim
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry |
| 1/2 fl oz | Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Grappa di Moscato |
| 4 dash | Rhubarb bitters |
| 1/2 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
| 3 drop | Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water) |
