Clear, deep reddish brown (almost opaque).
Slightly sweet and very viscous. Biscuit tin filled with cookies. Faint chocolate.
More chocolaty on the palate than the biscuity nose suggests.
Strangely the finish is more like the nose than the palate with biscuit dominating the chocolate. Vanilla also emerges in the buttery, dark chocolate biscuity finish.
