First released in January 2010, Corsair use their standard vapour basket distilled gin recipe but with an increased juniper content. This is aged this for six months in charred oak barrels previously used to age their spiced rum.

Όψη:

Hazy, golden amber.

Μύτη:

Orange zest, pine sap, spruce forest, coriander and clove with vanilla, leather and nutmeg.

Στόμα:

Christmasy gin. Spicy mince pies and mulled wine. Traditional juniper gin laced with clove, lavender, vanilla, leathery oak and cracked black pepper.

Επίγευση:

Clove and pepper spice with lingering sultanas. Its spicy, Christmasy and very Corsair.
