As the name suggests, Victoria Spirits of Canada have taken their Victoria Gin and aged it in oak casks to produce this gin.

Clear, very faint pale straw yellow.

Μύτη:

Cycle inner tube rubber (in a good way), pine, eucalyptus and spice.

Στόμα:

Well-judged elegant oak, pine, coriander, clove and subtle vanilla.

Επίγευση:

Elegant oaky finish with pine and caramel.
