Boulard Grand Solage Produced from a blend of calvados from the Pays d'Auge (Appelation Calvados Pays d'Auge controlee) aged from 2 to 5 years. Great as an aperitif served with tonic over ice.

Όψη:

Clear, coppery golden.

Μύτη:

Cider apple, stewed apple, vanilla, pencil shaving-like oak, nutmeg and cinnamon spice with faint grassy, floral and chamois leather notes.

Στόμα:

Great apple/cider flavour with very slight sweetness balanced by mild oak tannins, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper spice.

Dry oaky finish with stewed apple and nuttiness.
