Clear, bright crimson red.
Aroma:
Orange peel, grapefruit zest, cherry and a struck match-like herbal scent.
Taste:
On the bitter side of bittersweet with quinine bitterness, cherry and zesty citrus.
Aftertaste:
Long, herbaceous bitter finish.
Overall:
More on the bitter side of bitter-sweet than some, with assertive black pepper spice.
