Molinari Caffè originates from the Italian ‘caffè corretto’ tradition, blending Sambuca Molinari’s anise flavour with that of coffee coffee.

This coffee liqueur is a blend of Molinari Sambuca Extra, herbs, spices and Italian roasted Arabica coffee beans from Guatemala and the Dominican Republic, as well as Robusta coffee beans from Java, Togo and Congo.

Appearance:

Clear, deep chocolate brown.

Aroma:

Delicate aniseed notes with pungent freshly roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate.

Taste:

Intense dark chocolate and espresso coffee lifted and freshened by aniseed and fennel.

Aftertaste:

Lingering dark chocolate, heavily roasted coffee and light aniseed.

Overall:

A complex and superbly balanced coffee liqueur with well integrated chocolate and sambuca flavours. Serve well-chilled after dinner.
