Wonderfully nutty with fruitcake, raison, sultana and empty plastic box.
Taste:
Fruitcake, prunes and grilled nuts with salty savoury acidity.
Aftertaste:
Rich raisin with dried acidity and oily minerality.
Overall:
Fino freshness meets nutty oloroso.
