| 180 ml | Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla gin |
| 15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 30 ml | Monin Hibiscus Syrup |
| 3 dash | Woodford Reserve Spiced Cherry Bourbon Barrel Aged Bitters |
| 2 barspoon | Black cherry jam/conserve/preserves |
| Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
