First cut the lemmon Grass and muddel in shaker whit the mint leef, then add egg white and the rest of spirits.
Dry shake everything then shake whit ice, dubbel strain in Child Collins glass whit out ice

1 inch | Lemongrass stem |
1 cupful | Mint leaves |
8 dash | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
