Netflix N Chill

Netflix N Chill by Ming Shen Lean

Garnish:

Thin chocolate disc with dehydrated strawberry a the middle

How to make:

1. Muddle the Ginger
2. Add in all the ingredients (except tonic water)
3. Put in ice and Shake well
4. Serve into a highball glass with ice
5. Top up with tonic water and place the garnish on top of the glass
6. Now its ready to serve

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Malbec red wine
1 slice Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
1 dash (4 drops) Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
2 dash Chocolate bitters
1 Splash Maraschino liqueur
1 barspoon Strawberry puree
Top up with Tonic water
