
Orange peel Maraschino cherry
Mix Hayman's old tom gin, green grape , syrup, and matcha powder in a blender. Then transfer the mixture to a shaker and add lemon juice and orange flower water, with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass. top with tonic. Orange twist with cherry for garnish.

1/6 fl oz | Orange blossom water / Orange flower water |
1/3 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
