Garnish:

Tea jelly. (Start by soaking 5g of gelatine in cold water. Remove and add 100g of warm water and 100g of cold jasmine tea 10ml syrup . Pour into molds and refrigerate. After two hours, take it out.)Multicolored leaf

How to make:

First we add the following four ingredients to mix in the Boston shaker
Old Tom Gin 50ml
Malibu 10ml
Banana clarifying liquid 40ml(200g peel the bananas 200g water 5g pectinase 0.3g of vitamin C put in Break it with a wall breaker and Strain with coffee filter paper.)
Fresh pineapple juice 45ml
Pour the mixture into a glass and add 30ml cold brewed jasmine tea to the top.

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/3 fl oz Malibu Coconut rum liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Pineapple juice
1 fl oz Green jasmine tea (cold)
3 fresh Banana (preferably overripe)
