Anise star and golden glitter
1. Pour 40 ml of Hayman's Old Tom gin, 20 ml of Green Chartreuse, 10 ml of Dry Vermouth, 20 ml of Lime Cordial and 1 dash of Orange Bitters into mixing glass;
2. Fill up mixing glass with ice;
3. Stir for 15 seconds;
4. Prepare perfectly chilled Nick & Nora Glass;
5. Double strain everything into Nick & Nora Glass;
6. Garnish with anise star and golden glitter.
1 1/3 fl oz | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
2/3 fl oz | Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Dry vermouth |
1 dash | Orange bitters |
2/3 fl oz | Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice) |
