Garnish:

Dried Lavender

How to make:

-Put all ingredients in to chilled mixed glass
-fill up with ice
-stir well ( near 15-20 sec)
- Strain in to chilled coupe glass
- Splash on top lemon zest oils
- Garnish with lavender
- Enjoy
( you can set lavender on fire a little bit, to feel aroma , its not optionality)

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
5/6 fl oz Absenteroux Vermouth a l'Absinthe
2/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/3 fl oz Monin Lavender sugar syrup
1/4 fl oz Fernet Branca liqueur
1 drop Lemon zest oils
