Garnish:

Skewered lemon wheel and luxardo cherry

How to make:

1. Add all ingredients to blender with 12 oz of ice
2. Blend together until smooth and consistent, about 30 seconds
3. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a skewered cherry and lemon wheel

1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 fl oz Cachaça
1/4 fl oz Italian red bitter liqueur
1/2 fl oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
1/2 fl oz Rooibos tea (cold)
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
