How to make:
50ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
20ml homemade green grape syrup
20ml fresh lime juice
Homemade violet soda
Homemade sea salt milk foam
Lemon zest, for garnish
Blend Hayman's old tom gin, homemade green grape syrup and fresh lime juice, shake with enough ice to fill one champagne flute. Top the drink with a splash of homemade violet soda. Cover with homemade sea salt milk foam, and add lemon zest for garnish.
