Put some saffron pistils on the foam

How to make:

Add all ingredients into a shaker (except for soda) with ice. Shake vigorously for 6/7 seconds. Take off ice and shake again (dry shake) for 3/4 seconds. Pour in an highball over an ice chunk. Complete with soda water.

1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
2/3 fl oz Liquore Strega
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
3 dash Wonderfoam cocktail foamer
1/2 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
