
To garnish, lay a caramelised almond on top of a small silver fork over the glass.
Combine all five ingredients in the shaker with ice, shake hard and then double strain into a Collins glass. Pour the tonic water and finish with ice cubes.

1 1/3 fl oz | Franklin & Sons Premium Indian Tonic Water |
