
Fresh bouquet of mint, green apple fan
1. Peel and cube 1/4 of a green apple (roughly 4-6 1/2" cubes).
2. Muddle the agave and apple cubes together in a short tin, until all of the apple cubes are mostly broken down and juicy.
3. Add remaining ingredients to the tin, fill with ice and shake.
4. Double strain over fresh ice in a single rocks glass.
5. Garnish with a fresh bouquet of mint and a green apple fan on a pick.

1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Falernum liqueur |
