How to make:

In a shaker tin, add Apple wedges and Cardamom Pods. Muddle well to release juices and aromatics. Add Hayman's Old Tom, Apricot Jam, and White Tea to shaker with one large ice cube. Shake hard to chill and combine,about 12 seconds. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora.

1 14 barspoon Apricot jam (preserve)
3 whole Green cardamom pods
3 wedge Green apple
1 1/2 fl oz White tea (cold)
2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
