Slice off the top of a cherry tomato, poke a hole through it and stick a basil leaf inside. Poke a cocktail skewer sideways through the tomato, place it on glass rim.
Add into Shaker: 50ml of Hayman's Old Tom Gin, 3 chopped up cherry tomatoes, 5 basil leaves, 20ml of freshly squeezed lime juice, 5ml of Bols Apricot Brandy and 2.5ml of Worcestershire sauce. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into Martini glass.
