How to make:

Frist add 45ml of carrot juice to 3g of cassia(chinese cinnamon)and heat untill boiling and wait untill cool,stick half a circle of black pepper on the rim of the cup ,then pour the cooled carrot juice and all other ingerdients into the shaker,shake it and pour into a iced Old-fashioned glass,and finally put the garnish.

1/3 fl oz Skinos Mastiha
5/12 fl oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 1/2 fl oz Carrot juice (freshly extracted)
1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
14 dried Cinnamon stick
