How to make:

Oolong tea simple syrup is to be used recipe is as follows; 4bags of oolong tea steeped for 1hr in 500ml of hot water, add 500ml raw cane sugar and stir until incorporated.

Add lemon juice, oolong tea simple syrup, Hayman's old toms gin and Cocchi Americano into shaker- shake and double strain into coupe glass, use a mixing spoon to drop Caffo Red Bitter into drink.(see video) garnish with lemon peel

1 1/4 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Oolong tea
1/2 fl oz Cocchi Americano Bianco
1/4 fl oz Italian red bitter liqueur
