Method (Mello-drama)
Add to shaker:
50ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
20ml Midori
15ml fresh lime juice
7.5ml agave syrup
4g fresh mint
Add cubed ice and shake hard until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass over clear block ice.
Spray 3 dashes of Sambuca on top.
Garnish with Mint Leaf.
