Orange peel, ginger slice, clove: We make two parallel cuts in an orange peel without cutting all the way through. Into the resulting slit, we insert a slice of ginger with a clove. This way, the ginger holds the garnish on the rim of the glass.
Shake all ingredients and double strain into a pre-chilled glass.
| 1 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Laphroaig 10 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky |
| 1 fl oz | Dry vermouth |
| 1/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fl oz | Falernum syrup |
| 3 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Cranberry juice (sweetened) |
