How to make:
Shake all ingredients, except sparkling wine, with ice.
Strain in to chilled glass, then add sparkling wine.
| 3/4 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rum |
| 1/4 fl oz | Cinnamon syrup |
| 1 fl oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
| 2 whole | Allspice / Pimento Berry |
