
-Half nutmeg grating - dehydrated sweetheart cherry
1. prepare 2 sets of tins. if you don't have 2 sets, then you can always wash after the following instructions.
2.ice up Hot toddy glass (Irish coffee glass) with cubed
3. add 35ml Plantation original dark
4.add 25ml Cherry heering
5. add 50ml Almond milk
6.add 15ml cinnamon syrup (i used giffard)
7. (if available) add 1 big ice cube for texture and 2 small cubes for dilution. if not, use 5 cubes of ice and shake for 6 - 8 seconds
8. drain water from glass and fine strain into the hot toddy glass
9. set up the second set of tins or rinse your current set of tins.
10. add 50ml double cream
11. add 5ml licor 43
12. add 1 ice cube and shake for 3- 4 seconds so you don't over whip it and becomes difficult to pour
13. layer over the cocktail with bar spoon, I used a tea spoon (works better)
14. place a piece of paper/napkin over half the cocktail and grate fresh nutmeg over one side for a few sipping options
15. garnish with a dehydrated sweetheart cherry or luxardo cherry
16. take a big sip for maximum flavour and enjoy!

1 2/3 fl oz | Almond milk |

1 2/3 fl oz | Double cream / heavy cream |
1/6 fl oz | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
