Rocks glass

Garnish:

Garnish with a trimmed orange peel and a cherry.

How to make:

Combine all ingredients over ice. Stir until properly diluted. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.

3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 dash Absinthe verte
1 dash Angostura or other aromatic bitters
2 dash Orange bitters
1/2 fl oz Rainwater/Verdelho (med-dry) madeira wine
1/2 fl oz Rittenhouse bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey
1 1/2 fl oz Cognac (brandy)
