
Yuzu peel
Peel two yuzu fruits trying to make at least one long continuous peel. Prepare a Collins glass with one full yuzu peel and ice. Put the rest of the peel and all the other ingredients except for the soda in a shaker. Shake and pour in the Collins glass. Top off with soda. Gently stir.
1 1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
2 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
2 dash | Orange bitters |
1 fl oz | Yuzu juice |
Top up with | Soda (club soda) water |
