Garnish with Mint.
Muddle the mint leaves and lemon wedges, shake all ingredients apart from the soda water together with ice, and fine strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water, and garnish with mint.
| 1 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Bourbon whiskey |
| 10 fresh | Mint leaves |
| 1/2 fl oz | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 1 dash (4 drops) | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 2 wedge | Lemon (fresh) |
| Top up with | Soda (club soda) water |
