Cherry Nola

Garnish:

Garnish with Mint.

How to make:

Muddle the mint leaves and lemon wedges, shake all ingredients apart from the soda water together with ice, and fine strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water, and garnish with mint.

1 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Bourbon whiskey
10 fresh Mint leaves
1/2 fl oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 dash (4 drops) Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2 wedge Lemon (fresh)
Top up with Soda (club soda) water
