Garnish:

Top with 1 Anise Star.

How to make:

Muddle 2 cloves and 1 Woodford Reserve Bourbon Cherry. Add 1 egg white, dry shake. Add ice and all other ingredients (Rise Gin, Herring Cherry Liqueur, Cointreau Noir Liqueur, Fresh Lemon Juice & Simple Syrup). Shake until frothy, then double strain into Old Fashioned glass.

3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
3/4 fl oz Cointreau Noir liqueur
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 fl oz Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
2 whole Clove
1 1/4 fl oz Rise Seasonal Gin Spring 2022
