How to make:

Add all the ingredients except egg whites to shaker. Muddle four cherries. Half fill shaker with ice and shake. Remove ice and add egg whites,dry shake. Pour into chilled coupe glass using hawthorn straineet

1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
2 fl oz Beefeater 24 London dry gin
1/4 fl oz Chambord liqueur
1/6 fl oz Maraschino liqueur
2/3 fl oz PomeGreat 100% Pomegranate Juice
5/6 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 whole Cherries (destoned)
