
Zested orange.
Pour all the ingredients into a blender.
Add one scoop of crushed ice.
BLEND until ice is dissolved and to create a smooth, rich texture.
Pour into chilled / frozen rocks glass half filled with ice cubes.
1 1/6 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Amaro Montenegro |
5/6 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
1/6 fl oz | Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
2 scoop | Vanilla ice cream |
