Hibiscus Flower and grated cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin, add ice, shake and double strain into a collins glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a hibiscus flower and grated cinnamon. If you do not have Hibiscus flowers you can substitute mint. Enjoy!
| 1 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Hibiscus tea (cold) |
| 1 fl oz | Tamarind paste/purée |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 8 unit | Mint leaves |
