Garnish:

– Create a half-sphere of crushed ice using a manual citrus press – Garnish this sphere with pink peppercorns and other berries as desired

How to make:

- Put the pink peppercorns in the shaker and muddle vigorously
- Add the other ingredients and shake
- Double strain, serve over ice, and garnish

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 1/2 fl oz Reposado tequila
1 fl oz Strawberry puree
3 dash Angostura or other aromatic bitters
3 barspoon Pink peppercorns
