
1 star anise, 1 lemon rind curl
If your liquids are in the fridge/freezer, you can simply measure and pour them into the serving coupe directly and stir.
If not, add all ingredients, except the garnishes, to a mixing glass. Add ice and STIR gently. Avoid vigorous stirring or shaking as it may cause clouding of the drink. Strain into coupe.
Place the lemon curl on the rim of the glass.
Carefully float the star anise on the surface, without submerging it.

1 fl oz | Plantation Pineapple Rum |
2/3 fl oz | Dry vermouth |
1/3 fl oz | Verjuice |
