How to make:
In a chilled shaker combine all the ingredients and shake for 15-20 seconds. Then double strain into a pre-chilled glass and garnish. Enjoy!

| 1/3 fl oz | Peachtree peach schnapps |
| 1/2 fl oz | Pineapple juice |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Passion fruit purée |
| 1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
