1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass. 2. Prepare garnish of chocolate bitters. 3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. 4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

| 1/4 fl oz | Frangelico hazelnut liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Aperol Aperitivo |
| 1/2 fl oz | Beefeater London Dry Gin |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
