Garnish:

A spritz of orange oils from a peel and an orange twist made from the peel

How to make:

Add everything to a shaker tin except for the Champagne.
Shake with cubed ice
Double strain
Top with Champagne

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Rhum Clément Blanc
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 fl oz Aquafaba
3/4 fl oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine
