How to make:
Add everything to a shaker tin except for the Champagne.
Shake with cubed ice
Double strain
Top with Champagne

| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Aquafaba (chickpea water) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
