Thai basil sprig, expressed mandarin or orange peel, grated nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with 4 small ice cubes. Shake and pour unstrained into a chilled double Old-Fashioned glass (16 ounces). Top with 8 to 10 ounces of crushed ice.
Garnish with a Thai basil sprig, expressed mandarin or orange peel, and a dusting of grated nutmeg.
3/4 fl oz | St. George Aqua Perfecta Basil Eau de Vie |
3/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum Liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Cinnamon syrup |
1 dash | Regans' Orange Bitters No.6 |
1 1/2 fl oz | Tenjaku Gin |
