Serve in

Coupe glass

Garnish:

One dried orange slice, cover with one tea spoon of brown sugar, and caramelised with a small blow torch h til slightly crisp and a darker colour. Slit in side and place on side of the hlass

How to make:

Grab coup glass and fill with crushed ice to cool, and leave to side.
In a shaker put:
30ml tequila
30ml mandarine napoleon
20ml lime juice
A squeeze of agave
10ml aperol
Full with cubed ice, and shake for thirty seconds
Get coup, remove crushed ice.
Fine strain cocktail mix into coup glass.

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz Blanco tequila
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Reàl Blue Agave Nectar
1/3 fl oz Aperol Aperitivo
