In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour all the ingredients and shake it all vigorously for about fifteen-twenty seconds. Open the shaker and remove the ice, leaving inside the shaker the mix. Close the shaker and shake it once again for about other fifteen-twenty seconds to guarantee a perfect foam effect (reverse dry shake). Strain in a freeze Nick & Nora glass and garnish with an edible flower.
1 1/2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Chili liqueur |
5/6 fl oz | Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine juice (fresh juice) |
2 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
3 dash | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
