Zest of orange and a Rosemary Spring.
How to make:
Pour every ingredients in a shaker tin, except Soda water and angostura bitters.
Shake and filter it into a glass full of crushed ice.
Top with Soda water and use few drops of angostura bitters on it.
| 5/6 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Gin |
| 5/6 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Peach syrup |
| 2 fl oz | Soda (club soda) water |
| 1 dash (4 drops) | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
